We prefer to call it PLAY instead of practice. Start with shorter sessions and gradually increase the time as skills build. For younger beginners, 15-20 minutes daily is great. Older students or those more dedicated may practice 30-60 minutes per day, 4-6 days a week. Adjust practice expectations based on the student's goals.
