Hey folks! Welcome and thanks for checking out this week's blog post.
In this very short video you'll get to follow along while Chris unpacks Jam Academy's first Teton Classical (aka Spanish) guitar. I'm not sure why we waited so long to get one of these into the shop. Especially after unpacking and taking it for a test drive.
The Teton guitars represent consistently good quality and this guitar is no exception. First impression is that the guitar is visually gorgeous with a beautiful gloss finish and wonderful appointments - particularly the rosette which stands out.
The Ovangkol back and sides are equally impressive with rich, contrasting grain and visible depth. Just have a glance and you'll see what we mean.
Playing this guitar is the real prize though. For a classic guitar that retails around $400 (we sell it for $329!) it really can't be beat. The neck is a traditional classical shape and ideal for any finger style playing. It's very comfortable and has a wonderful, resonant tone.
I have a feeling that this guitar won't make it past Christmas and that I'll be ordering more sooner than later.
Stop by and visit this guitar today!
